PARABLES | Buy the Field | July 10, 2022

Revival isn’t just a random sovereign move of God. Revival has always been God’s sovereign response to hunger. And Revival has always been initiated by prayer.

“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.” Matthew 13:44 (NIV)

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:33 (ESV)

When you seek first the Kingdom of God you can’t lose.

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Romans 14:17 (NIV)

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Philippians 3:12 (NIV)
